We’re Sal and Im, and we built this because we needed it, too.

We lost our mums just months apart. And when we did, the world suddenly felt…alien.

People avoided the topic. Conversations became shallow. And grief made us feel like strangers to ourselves. So we created Good Mourning – a podcast, a book, and now this membership – for people who’ve felt the same.

Through interviewing experts in trauma, mental health, and healing, we learned that grief doesn’t just affect your heart – it affects everything.
We know there’s no finish line in grief. But we do believe in creating soft spaces to land. And in learning to live with the loss, without losing yourself in the process.

We created this space for people like us, who need a gentle place to feel understood and the practical tools to move forward.
